This service is closest to the traditional Estate Agents route. With generalised advertisements in your local press, a for sale sign erected for you, your room sizes measured and digital photographs taken. We also take telephone enquiries for you and make appointments for viewing. We will provide printed materials for prospective purchasers who telephone for details.
Gold
This service is similar to Platinum, however you supply the digital photographs and the room sizes and descriptions.
Nationwide
If you just need a for sale board and can supply details via email and our web site - this is the ideal cost effective service. We supply details of telephone enquiries and you do the rest.
No Sale/No Fee
